What happens to your request: data processed, recipients, retention periods and rights.

This English version is a translation provided for information. The French version prevails.

Who is responsible?

The data controller is Quentin Piepszownik, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), architect, who operates the WorkRepublik brand, with his head office at 1 bis rue Gallieni, 95160 Montmorency. Contact: contact@workrepublik.fr or +33 9 70 70 17 99.

What data, and why?

This website has a contact form, but no user accounts and no newsletter. The data received are those you enter in the form or provide by telephone or by post: name, organisation, job title, contact details, the situation and characteristics of the project (headcount, floor area, location, timescale) and any further details you choose to add.

Only send information that is useful for reviewing your project: fields not marked with an asterisk are optional. Do not include personal data concerning your employees.

PurposeLegal basis
Responding to a request that is a necessary step in preparing a contract to which you or your organisation would be a partyPre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR, art. 6, §1, b)
Handling professional exchanges that do not fall within that caseLegitimate interest in responding to the requests received (GDPR, art. 6, §1, f)

Who receives the data?

Requests are intended for the website publisher. The form passes them to an automation tool (n8n), which emails them to the publisher and sends you an acknowledgement of receipt; recording of the content of requests in this tool's execution history is disabled. Emails pass through an email account of the publisher operated by Google (Gmail). These service providers act as processors within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Hosting may involve the processing of technical connection data, in particular the IP address, in order to provide and protect the service (Vercel documentation).

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel and the email and automation providers may involve processing of, or access to, data outside the European Union. For transfers to Google LLC, Google states that it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For the other transfers concerned, the applicable contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required, are set out in the providers' agreements. You may request the references for these by writing to contact@workrepublik.fr.

Cookies and trackers

The website's pages set no cookies and load no third-party scripts or audience measurement: fonts and images are hosted by the website itself. No consent banner is therefore required. The capacity simulator runs its calculations in your browser and stores nothing. To filter out automated submissions, the form uses a hidden field and a limit on the number of submissions per hour, without any cookie or individual identifier.

How long is it kept?

Requests are kept in the publisher's mailbox for as long as necessary to handle them. Requests that are not followed up are deleted as soon as they are no longer useful, and at the latest three years after the requester's last contact, except for limited retention of documents necessary for the defence of a right. Documents necessary for a commission are kept while it is being carried out, then archived solely for the applicable obligations.

Your rights

Under the conditions laid down by the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise them, write to contact@workrepublik.fr. A reply will be given within one month at the latest; this period may be extended by two months depending on the complexity and number of requests, in which case you will be informed within the first month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, the French data protection authority): cnil.fr.
